PolyProducts is part of group of companies, specialising in a variety of plastic manufacturing processes.
Being part of our group brings many advantages that are complimentary to our Rotational Moulding operations, in turn providing our customers with many additional services that other companies within our sector cannot provide.
As a group, we consider ourselves quite unique, as our position within the UK’s plastics sector and our scope of operations encompasses what could be considered an “All round service” which in turn, provides our customers with the benefit of a supplier that can satisfy many of their manufacturing requirements all under one roof.
Rotational Moulding
At the core of our operations, providing product design, product development, materials and components selection, moulding, finishing and a variety of additional secondary operations.
Plastic Fabrication
We can provide additional plastic fabrication and welding services to products that may require additional parts and features adding. Our fabrication service is of the highest standard, with all procedures carried out, working to the BS EN 13067 Standard.
Engineering
Our group has a long history in the engineering sector, and we are able to utilise this expertise as part of our Rotational Moulding operations. We can provide additional fabricated and engineered parts that you may require as part of your roto-moulded projects, i.e.: Frames and dollies, brackets, trollies, platforms, stillages, display cabinets and many other products bespoke to your requirements. We also offer full C.N.C. machining services.
Vacuum Forming
Our group operations include Vacuum Forming, with a wide variety and size of machines, encompassing the second largest machine in the UK. In addition to Rotational Moulding, we can also meet any requirements you may have for Vacuum Formed products.
